Park Place Developers, LLC was formed from the partnership of Ty Rhodes, the Rankin-Gravett Group, and Dan Young, who collectively bring to the table over seventy-five years of construction experience as well as a broad expertise in real estate development, financing, and sales.
Steve Gravett (Excell), and Ty Rhodes (Rhodes Construction) are recognized throughout the Southeast and Western North Carolina for their skills and design savvy in building luxurious waterfront homes, as well as commercial and multi-family projects in Florida and North Carolina. Dan Young has been involved in commercial projects along the Eastern Seaboard, and in the Midwest for more than thirty years, with a long list of real estate successes.
