Park Place was developed on a rolling 5 acre site along the Greenville Hwy (225) just 1.2 miles from scenic Hendersonville, Nc. The project consisted of 2 flexible floorplans and already opened withprices starting in the $190,000 range.
Stephen Gravett, representing Exell Partners was in charge of site planning, site engineering, sales, condo documents and the association, marketing, financing and broker relations. The project consisted of 22 residential units and sold out in early 2005.
