In addition, Excell Partners builds luxury multi-family waterfront residences and commercial projects.
Stephen Gravett, the main principal of Excell, has over 30 years of experience in building, developing, real estate investments and real estate consulting. In addition to luxury custom homes and luxury waterfront residences, Gravett also builds a number of commercial and multi-family projects each year. Several of his clients have become long time investors.
Over the past eight years, Excell as a member or partner has built and developed residential and commercial projects in South Florida and western North Carolina. Excell is currently expanding it's operations into western North Carolina where it now has seven projects in various stages of completion.
