Blythe Commons represents a blend of two former Excell projects in North Carolina, Park Place and Town Place. In response to our customers Blythe Commons is a residential community more closely in sizes to Park Place but enjoys the rich interiors of Town Place. Located along Highway 191 at the corner of Blythe Road, this rolling 5 acre site is walled in stone creating a private enclave of homes in the 1900sf to 2500sf range and starting in the mid $200’s. Large open spaces and creek side frontage are Blythe’s hallmark.
Exell Partners was responsible for the concept, residence designs, land planning and engineering, sales, marketing, association set-up, broker relations and financing.
Directions from Asheville: take I-26 to 64 west, turn right on Main street for about 1 mile where road turns into Asheville Hwy (25). Veer left at 191 and go 4 blocks to Blythe Commons (on right)
